Fluid celebrates its 8^th birthday on May 1st 2013. We have just moved to brand new cool / funky offices and created a new “chill zone”: complete with a branded pool table, table football, Xbox and music system, so that consultants can relax and unwind at the end of or even during the course of a busy day. The zone changes from chill to party on Fridays: when the team have the “weekly wash up” to celebrate the weeks success stories with a few beers and some music.

Role: Head of Contract Recruitment – IT / Technology / Software / Transactions

This role is a key element in the expansion strategy of the company. We have an established contract division on the Construction side but the IT side of the business does not have regular technology contractors out.

Your role will be to build relationships with the existing Technology clients from the database and build the contract division. You will be recruiting in the most exciting, cutting edge technology areas the industry has to offer.

For the right person this is a fantastic opportunity to develop and head up this division with in Fluid and benefit from the success and financial rewards that the company is presently enjoying.

Tools for the job?

• You will be supported by an administrator / resourcer and have assistance from the MD who can strategize from the existing permanent footprint of the business to ensure your success
• The full use of Fluids off-shore outsourcing CV data mining facility that will find key cv’s for your team overnight, giving you a portfolio of new cv’s in the morning so you can reach the heights / £ fast
• Lots more to be discussed with MD at interview stage
