IT Recruitment Consultant – Excellent base + Up to 30% Uncapped commission + Gym

Fluid Recruitment is expanding and looking for a successful, confident IT Recruitment consultant who gets results consistently: but likes to have fun along the way.

We are an established consultancy with a trusted reputation in the industry. Now well in to our 5^th year of trading we are looking to progressively expand the company.

Essential Criteria:

You must have a good personality and be a team player!

Be tenacious, confident, passionate, driven, dynamic, hungry for success and most importantly committed to driving the Fluid brand on to the next level

Must have 2-5 year’s recruitment experience: (absolutely no “job hoppers”: we are a stable, close knit outfit and want people we can rely on and build a future around)

Must be able to validate sales success with P60’s and testimonials

Good sense of humour essential!

Package:

Negotiable base salary (based on present earnings)

+ Uncapped OTE up to 30% Commission
